Air Link TV Beta Tester Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Beta Tester Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Air Link TV (Guyana) Beta Testing Programme. By signing up for, accessing, or using the Air Link TV app during the beta testing period, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The purpose of the beta testing programme is to allow selected users in Guyana to test the Air Link TV app, provide feedback, and assist Air Link in improving the service before its full commercial launch.
2. Eligibility
The Air Link TV Guyana Beta Testing Programme is available to persons who sign up between June 1 and July 31.
Users who sign up during this period will receive access to the beta testing channel line-up, subject to availability, system requirements, device compatibility, and successful account activation.
Air Link reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any beta tester account at its discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Beta Testing Access Period
Approved beta testers will receive sixty (60) days of free access to the Air Link TV beta testing channel line-up.
The 60-day free access period begins from the date the beta tester’s account is activated, unless otherwise stated by Air Link.
At the end of the 60-day free access period, beta access will expire unless the user chooses to continue using the service through a paid top-up or subscription.
4. Channel Line-Up
Beta testers will receive access to the Air Link TV beta testing channel line-up made available for the Guyana market.
The beta testing channel line-up may include free, paid, trial, promotional, or test channels. Air Link reserves the right to add, remove, replace, suspend, or modify any channel, feature, package, or content offering at any time during the beta period without prior notice.
Channel availability may vary based on content rights, technical testing, licensing, geographic restrictions, or operational requirements.
5. Device Access
Each approved beta tester account will be allowed access on up to five (5) devices during the beta testing period.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the minimum technical requirements needed to use the Air Link TV app.
Device access is intended for the beta tester’s personal household use only. Sharing login credentials outside the household, reselling access, redistributing content, or allowing unauthorized users to access the service is strictly prohibited.
Air Link may limit, suspend, or remove device access if suspicious activity, abuse, excessive login attempts, or unauthorized sharing is detected.
6. Beta Testing Nature of the Service
The user understands and agrees that the Air Link TV app is being provided as a beta testing service during this period.
As a beta service, the app may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, incomplete features, performance issues, unavailable channels, guide errors, audio or video issues, device compatibility issues, or other technical limitations.
Air Link does not guarantee that the beta service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully functional, or available at all times.
The beta testing programme is intended to help identify and correct issues before the full commercial release of the service.
7. Feedback, Surveys, and Follow-Up Calls
By participating in the Air Link TV Guyana Beta Testing Programme, the user agrees that Air Link may contact them for feedback regarding the service.
Beta testers may be required or invited to participate in surveys, follow-up calls, interviews, WhatsApp messages, emails, or other feedback activities.

8. No Payment Required During Free Beta Period
No payment is required from approved beta testers for the 60-day free beta access period.
The beta testing period is promotional and does not create any obligation for the user to continue using the service after the free access period ends.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the beta access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
9. Continuing Service After Beta Testing
After the beta testing period or after the user’s 60-day free access period has ended, the user may continue using the Air Link TV service by topping up through the Air Link online portal.

Air Link reserves the right to revise packages, pricing, payment methods, device limits, channel line-ups, and service features after the beta period.
10. Account Responsibility
The beta tester is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details, passwords, and device access.
The beta tester must immediately notify Air Link if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
Air Link will not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by the user sharing login credentials, failing to secure their account, or allowing others to access their devices.

Content availability may change at any time due to licensing, technical, operational, or commercial reasons.
13. Technical Support
Air Link may provide reasonable support during the beta testing period. However, because the service is in beta testing, support may be limited and certain issues may not be resolved immediately.
Users may be asked to provide details such as device type, app version, internet connection type, screenshots, error messages, or other information needed to investigate reported issues.
14. Data Collection and Privacy
By participating in the beta testing programme, the user understands that Air Link may collect and use certain information for account setup, service delivery, testing, support, analytics, feedback, and service improvement.
This may include account information, contact information, device information, app usage data, viewing performance, error logs, survey responses, and customer support interactions.
Air Link will use this information for legitimate service, operational, technical, and customer experience purposes.
15. Service Changes or Termination
Air Link reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or end the beta testing programme at any time.
Air Link may suspend or terminate a beta tester’s access if the user violates these Terms and Conditions, misuses the service, provides false information, shares unauthorized access, or engages in activity that may affect the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.
16. No Warranty
The Air Link TV beta service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Air Link makes no guarantee that the beta service will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, defects, or technical issues.
The user accepts that beta testing may involve temporary service interruptions, app errors, missing features, channel changes, playback issues, and other limitations.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Link shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, interruption, data loss, device issue, or other claim arising from the user’s participation in the beta testing programme or use of the Air Link TV beta app.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
18. Updates to These Terms
Air Link may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time during the beta testing period.
Where practical, updated terms may be shared through the app, online portal, website, email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.
Continued use of the beta service after any update means the user accepts the revised Terms and Conditions.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Guyana, where applicable.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Air Link TV Guyana Beta Testing Programme shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures.
20. Acceptance
By signing up for the Air Link TV Guyana Beta Testing Programme, activating an account, accessing the Air Link TV app, or using the beta testing channel line-up, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
